Smartfind Express Training - HorryCountySchools

Horry County Schools is currently using SmartFindExpress as their substitute management system. It is a quick and easy way to create absences, secure the best qualified substitute and keep a record of absences throughout the school year. The system can be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the telephone or Internet.

Once you have created an absence, the system automatically prioritizes, assigns and dispatches the most appropriate substitute for the job. You may also select a specific substitute for the absence. Getting Started:

Register via telephone by calling 843.488.7005.
Enter your Access ID and PIN number. This will be your Employee ID number which is located on your paycheck stub. You will need to only enter the digits after the zeros. For example, if your Employee ID number is 001234, then you should only enter 1234.
You will then be prompted to change your PIN number. It must be at least 4 digits.
After your initial registration via telephone, you are now able to access the system via phone or web.
