Service Learning

Service learning combines school curriculum and service to the community. Students learn and develop through thoughtfully organized service that meets the needs of their school and/or community. This service helps foster civic responsibility, is integrated into and enhances the academic curriculum of the students, and provides structured time for students or participants to reflect on the service experience.
