To insure that the equipment is turned on, please return this form or fax the form to HCS Energy Management Department atleast 1 day prior tothe scheduled after hour event. We encourage the use of local overides, these overides are set for 2-3 hours.

When planning after hour events, please try to use care in selecting areas or zones such that multiple zones would not be needed is possible. many older schools are set up in zones. List the exact on and off time you will need the building on, we will allow for recovery time to make sure the space is cool or warm at occupancy. Please be as descripitive as possible when filling out the form. Thanks
