"What can the HCS Technology Data/Development Team do for you?"
HCS Technology Data/Development Team provides support services to Horry County Schools  in the form of custom fit technology solutions, data driven reporting, departmental support , technical consultation, and end user support.

Data/Development Team develops custom applications and data reporting to meet district needs at all levels. We help collect, analyze, and report critical district information. We facilitate the implementation of critical district applications such as PeopleSoft, Winocular, Odyssey, Destiny, HealthOffice, Excent, SmartFindExpress, SharpSchool and many more. The Data/Development Team provides services and support for the many thousands of users within Horry County Schools.

   DATA CHECKER (PDF DOC)
Data Checker is a web based solution designed to assist schools with maintaining the accuracy of their student information system.
  On-line File Exchange (PDF DOC)
The Online File Exchange(OFE) application provides a means for district emplyees to share large files in an organized and secure way.
  Track E  (PDF DOC)
Track E is a joint HCS Technology and HCS Special Ed project designed to assist staff in ensuring that students with special needs are provided services at the appropriate time.
  Travel and Field Trips  (PDF DOC)
Travel and Field Trips Online provides an electronic workflow process to manage Out of District and Field Trip requests for schools and district administrators.

The Home Bound/Based Services Application and workflow is designed to facilitate the effecient administration of Home Bound and Home Based services to students.

DRA Online is a web based application provided to K-2 teachers which allows them to enter and track DRA testing information on their students.

Online Course Registration provides an effecient way for high school students to request courses for upcoming years, track graduation plans, allow teachers to recommend courses, and to create master schedules in SASI.

The Extended School Year Management Application is a web based application designed to facilitate, track and manage special ed services throughout the summer.
