Assess Online has been retired!

Assess Online is being replaced by the new HCS Data Center.

This new system will extract data from the HCS Data Warehouse and display the information in a variety of user requested reports. These reports will include the reports formerly provided in the Assess Online application as well as reports from other domains such as attendance, grades and discipline.

Access to the Data Center is through the HCS Portal. Once you login to the Portal, you will find the HCS Data Center icon in the list of applications.

The HCS Data Center will be only as good as our understanding of PowerSchool and our understanding of your needs.  It will continue to be a work in progress that will improve with our knowledge PowerSchool and the feedback we receive from users.  You can help us improve the site with information provided through the Help and Request buttons found within the HCS Data Center.

The Help Button will enable a user to send an email to developers who will respond to questions through email. 

The Request Button will enable users to provide feedback and submit requests for the creation of specific reports.  Response to the requests may mean that reports look different from one day to the next as this interface will remain a work in progress. Over time it will become a repository of reports to everyone’s needs.
