Humphreys wins S.C. Adult Education ESL Teacher of the Year

Tammy Humphreys, teacher at North Myrtle Beach Adult Education Center, was awarded the S.C. Adult Education ESL Teacher of the Year, at the state conference on March 6th. Over 80 teachers were nominated for the award, one from each district in the state. Humphreys is one of nine English as a second language teachers in the county, and she helped start the program in North Myrtle Beach last year.
